History

Law is a field pursued by problem solvers. Being presented with challenging circumstances and understanding and applying the law to improve those challenges is a skill that most firms dedicated their practice in.  Choosing to specialize in a field means that you are completely devoted to it; that you will protect it as if it were your own. That is the energy that sets Chima Law apart.

Chima Law was established to address unique challenges that individuals, small businesses, non-profits, and entrepreneurs face in a global market. We assist with Business Formation and provide other transactional legal services. From drafting policies and binding contracts to enhancing business strategies from a legal perspective, Chima Law can help protect your business interests at all costs. We help non-profits maintain compliance of local, state and federal rules and grant requirements and ensure that they are ready for all annual and quarterly audits.

We also handle Business and Family Immigration petitions. In a growing global market, many people migrate in order to establish or expand their businesses and Chima Law is here to guide them through the immigration process and provide a pathway for their families as well.

In addition to employment and family-based immigration, our firm understands that there are unique needs of individuals negativiely impacted by work-place discrimination and/or sexual harrassament. Our Employment and Civil Rights services are focused and compassionate during what is likely the most difficult and sensitive time in a clients life.  Chima Law is dedicated to advocating for your right to be free from harrassment, discrimination and reprisal. Let us fight for you!
